ingredients for 8 people:
300 g of durum wheat lasagne
1 onion
some garlic
olive oil
6 big brocolis
1 handful of dried hijiki seaweed
nutmeg
1/2 liter of vegetable besciamella sauce (if you don't know how to make it just ask)
big and small salt
gomashio
how to make them:
Boil for a few minutes the brocolis in hot salted water. Drain them and cut them in medium-sized pieces.
Cut the onion in small slices. Put the oil in a big frying pan and add the onion when it's hot. Add the salt and cover it. Let it become golden, throwing out all its inside water, then add the garlic. After a few minutes add the brocolis, previously prepared, and cook on a slow fire.
Put the hijiki seaweeds in some cold water, for at least 15 minutes, and afterwards drain them.
When the vegetables are ready smash them together with the seaweeds, the nutmeg and add the besciamella sauce, mixing everything together.
Boil the lasagne in hot salted water (don't put too much salt, just a few, and use the big salt for the water) for a couple of minutes.
You can boil 4 or 5 sheets in one row; to avoid the lasagne sticking together (while boiling) add a few olive oil to the water. After a couple of munutes take the lasagne out with a skimmering-spoon and throw other 4/5 sheets into the boiling water. Dry the lasagne in a cotton cloth, smoothng them with your hands.
In a deep backing pan: make a first layer of the brocolis green compost and then a layer of lasagne. Repeat the number of times that you like.
Close with a layer of vegetables and spread the gomashio on top.
Put in the oven for half an hour at 180°C.
