On the second day of Christmas...we were not very hungry so we had a very simple but tasty lunch:-)
Irish smoked salmon with lemon and onion sprouts, balsamic vinegar-honey mustard, cucumber/baby tomato/red onion/oak leave lettuce, a nice dark sunflower bread, walnut liquor-cherry confiture, brie de Meaux, roquefort Gabriel Coulet and Earl Grey tea.

Is been a long time since I posted here and you to upload a pic but I see you´ve done it since November :P
your son is getting more handsome :)
and I still find that of the second day of Christmas so funny...maybe I shouldn´t cause in Mexico we celebrate the blessed night or good night before christmas (24) and the 25 is more like a family gathering or opening the gifts for the kids but not so much more ( at least at my mothers home)
but I think I will have to get used to some costumes ;)
nice to have your delicious flog in action again :)
