I think the criteria is correct, but I have a question: Do you really think the main problem with this website is the violation of copyright? You agree with the Law "SOPA" and with the closure of Megaupload.com?

It's wrong to steal internet content and publish it as their own. However, if that content was posted on the public web, means that these content the creator published it KNOWING it would be stolen by many people. That can not be stopped on the Internet. It's impossible it would be like trying to put a fence in the middle of the ocean to hold water. To stop infringements of copyright in the third world it would be necessary to cancel the Internet, directly to everyone.

Hi there -

It's true. A closed account is not the same as a deactivated account. However, now with this new design of the site, only administrators can see the difference between a closed account or deactivated. We see the following message: "This account is closed or deactivated". I posted this picture to warn users that is finally enabled the manual closing of accounts, a feature that was not available still, in this format. Perhaps it was a strategy to keep users. I disagree with this design... Fotolog has been completely destroyed.

Especially for Groups, has no way this design. It is totally confusing

All the best!
Greetings.

Sejam bem vindos
