On Monday, I used part of the past from Sunday, but one step after the other.
I cut an onion, glaze it, add chicken stripes, season them, cook them. Once the chicken is done, I remove half for it to have the base for another dinner on Tuesday.
Then I add a little white wine and sun dried tomatoes (that were soaked in hot water for about 20 minutes) together with their liquid to the chicken and the onions. Eventually, I add some cut endive and the cooked spaghetti from Sunday. Everything cooks through for a couple of minutes, seasoned with some herbs and black pepper - ready!
