ooh, this is so simple & eerie. I think it's the eyes. They look mournful but empty because they're just big black holes. (are black holes mournful? They suck everything in - you'd think that'd make you a bit arrogant, really)The lines are so thick with all minimal changes that make all the detail. Smashing!I really like the swirly curlyness of 04/18 as well. The lines in the beardy make swoosh me along with them, and make me feel 'mmmMMMmmmm'.
