Pity! It was a one off! Haven't been in that particular bit since my son moved back north of the river 2 years ago so I didn't know aboout redevelopment work.

We have our wires crossed here! I know where Holbeck Row is - I consulted my trusty old A-Z. It's the weird pub I was describing to Bob that's on the corner of Kender Street and Queen's Road. Nice to meet you btw!
