Historia de una Dieta........
una semana de dieta ... basada principalmente en reducción de ingesta y concienciación de que HOY empezaba la de las proteinas...la del método duncan ( reducción total de hidratos--al ma puro estilo Hollywood:P)
ejercicio ( 2 vueltas a la muralla diarias :P domingo incluido:)
mucha agua
intentando tener el mejor humor posible ........
mañana reunión y cena de médicos a ver como lo llevamos.....

yo llevo 2 semanas.hoy hice mi primera pequeña caida.
